SUPA Hottt is a intense 3-Day Cleanse kit consisting of two tasty juices (3 gallons total).

Juice #1 SUPA Hottt Green JuicePineapple, Kale, Spinach, Romaine lettuce, Apple, Lemon, Cucumber, Celery, Parsley, Distilled Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Spirulina, Ginger, Flaxseed, Chia seed, Dandelion

Day 1: over the course of a day drink 4 - 20 ounce servings of SUPA Hottt green juice and 2 - 20 ounce servings of Sweet Heat for a total of 6 - 20 ounce servings. It does not matter the order in which you drink the juices as long as you consume a serving at least every two hours. Once you have your last serving you are done for that day. 

For days 2 and 3, repeat the instructions for Day 1.

Avoid eating, but if you are hungry or active – choose raw fruits and vegetables. Drink only Distilled water or Green tea if required.
