FAQ

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
 

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, unless it is a RUSH ORDER (In-store Pick up only) and in that case you will receive a confirmation within 4 hours. ***From the moment your order is finalized it typically takes two business to prepare your order for shipping or In-store pick up.***

Placing order for In-store pick up:

1) Select location on order screen(s)

2) Go to Cart 

3) Scroll to bottom of cart and select "Free In Store Pick Up"  and Shipping Fee will be removed

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.  We also gladly accept payments through PayPal, a trusted leader in payment processing.

 

SHIPPING INFO:

1) Place Order (be sure to select "Add Shipping" for item(s) selected)

2) Select "Standard Shipping" in Shopping Cart 

3) Verify shipping address prior to completing purchase; this is the address order will be shipped to 

4) Receive email order confirmation

5) Once order is ready for shipment an email will be sent containing the tracking number and any additional information regarding the order

RETAIL LOCATIONS FOR PICK UP & CASH PAYMENT OPTIONS
 

Currently we are available at two locations SUPA Fit (630 E Highway 67, Suite D, Duncanville, TX 75137) and The Sweat Shop Dallas (202 S. Tyler, Dallas, TX 75208. When placing your order please be sure to specify which location you would like to pick your order up from. You may also stop in at either of these locations to make a cash purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

We do not offer refunds once your order is placed all sales are final. All of our juice products are made with living plants that are highly perishable and require the utmost diligence and care during processing.
